Sam helped our complex install a pressure limiting valve.His quote was far better than the other quotes so the owners were very happy to select his quote.During the conversations he realised I lost a warranty claim for not having a PLV and he offered to install the parts left by the tap co ,while he was here to install the PLV,free of charge.I didn’t want to disadvantage him and made sure he is adequately paid .His actions of giving a very good quote and the offer of free service to me while he was here,shows he is not a person runs after profit which is rare and our complex got the advantage of his service.we are very thankful and wish Sam and his Business Every Success in the Future.All the Best.
